As an ethical matter, the claim that people today should pay for historic crimes overlooks the basic moral principle that punishment for a crime can only be meted out upon the criminal himself, not upon his descendants.

Under poodle-law (and Great Satan law is similar), for example, if you, in good faith, buy an item off a thief which has been stolen, you do not legally own it. You have to give it back to the original owner and then seek redress off the thief. Amerikans are not only beneficiaries of the enslaved Africans but also recipients of the thieved land of Amerika. So at the very least, Amerikans are guilty of the crime of handling stolen-goods.

Neither did "collective guilt" stop the the Anglo/Jew gangsters from extoriting cash out of Germany at Versailles. And Germany was the victim, refusing to get ripped-off with jew-confetti, which the Great Satan still uses to thieve TRILLIONS off the rest of the World EVERY YEAR, just by devaluing the tens of trillions of assets held by foreigners.

The above propaganda claims that NY is "generously" considering reparations. But it's not. It's only considering it. Never mind that they've already ADMITTED they owe forty acres (of land thieved off the native American in violation of written land-treaties) and a mule but never paid. And then they ripped-off those freed-slaves again with the Sharecropper scam whereby they called in loans just before harvest-time and when farmers had no cash, resulting in them seizing the farm. Instead, only the robber-barons who enslaved Africans received compensation and two centuries ago.
