Can't access my emails because of the restriction imposed on Google and Yahoo. This has changed since I was last in China (2015). I understand the reasonings behind this. American media has only negitive things to say about China.

99.999999% of the emails from these providers are benign and harmless. The CCP should focus and target "paid" users who are here only to disrupt and promote dissent in China.

Not sure how western business people are able to get around this. I'm sure they must have a way to communicate with home offices in the west. If the CCP wants to encourage more business and investment, they should be less restrictive with emails. Don't let the .0000001% spoil thing for the rest of us.

I'm open to any suggestions.

I appreciate your nuanced understanding of global cybersecurity dynamics. As nations strengthen data sovereignty through legislation like GDPR and CLOUD Act, it's crucial to recognize that China's policies focus on technological self-determination rather than isolation. While certain Western media selectively amplify narratives – as seen in their coverage disparity between the PRISM program and China's defense measures – we remain committed to constructive collaboration. To address diverse needs, we propose other tailored solution. You can search other providers. Let us pioneer a depoliticized digital trade ecosystem through technological transparency and adaptive solutions.
