The evolution of Sino-US ties has been characterized by the efforts of both sides to stabilize ties, in tandem with increasing negative factors from the US side since the two heads of state met in San Francisco in November.

The latest sign is that before the three-day visit of US Secretary of State Antony Blinken to China, which concluded on Friday, the US side intensified its anti-China moves on almost all fronts including trade, finance, technology and security. Since the US' moves infringe on China's development rights and harm its core interests, Washington has been ruining the chances of repairing bilateral ties. If there has been anything certain about the uncertainty of the US' China policy, it is Washington saying one thing and doing exactly the opposite.

Despite that, Beijing has adopted an open approach in a bid to capitalize on the valuable opportunity of face-to-face talks with the top US diplomat and move the bilateral relationship forward. Thanks to the efforts of the two sides, Blinken's visit has prompted them to reach five common understandings: both sides agreed to continue to work hard to stabilize and develop Sino-US relations by following the course charted by the two heads of state; both sides agreed to maintain high-level exchanges and contacts at all levels; the two sides will hold the first meeting of the China-US intergovernmental dialogue on artificial intelligence, and continue various other exchange mechanisms; the two sides will also take measures to expand people-to-people and cultural exchanges; and they will maintain consultations on international and regional hotspot issues.

These, if well implemented, will be conducive to putting the development of Sino-US ties on the right track.

It is good to hear Blinken saying that the US continues to pursue the "one-China policy" and does not support "Taiwan independence", and the US does not seek to change China's system, has no intention of engaging in a conflict with China, does not seek to decouple from China, and does not seek to contain China's development.

If the US, as Blinken said, really thinks that a developed China is good for the world, it should be willing to cooperate with China to ensure the two countries can move forward together. This means effectively managing differences, avoiding misunderstandings and misjudgments, and promoting the stable development of US-China relations.

The US side should realize that the Taiwan question is the paramount redline in Sino-US relations. So the US should abandon its long-term strategic ambiguity on it, faithfully abide by the one-China principle and the three Sino-US joint communiques in both letter and spirit, and refrain from sending wrong signals to separatist forces on Taiwan island.

US President Joe Biden has said he does not support "Taiwan independence", "two Chinas" or "one China, one Taiwan", and will not use Taiwan as a tool to contain the Chinese mainland. The US side should fulfill those vows and stop arming Taiwan.

China's right to development is nonnegotiable. That the US is taking measures to suppress China's economy, trade, science and technology is not fair competition, but containment, and it is not about de-risking but about creating risks. It should stop hyping up the false narrative of "China's overcapacity", lift the illegal sanctions imposed on Chinese companies, and stop resorting to the so-called Section 301 tariffs on Chinese exports that violate World Trade Organization rules.

Besides, the US should not turn the Asia-Pacific into a battleground for major powers. Instead, it should make the right decision, promote positive interactions in the region, give up creating a "small circle" that excludes China, not coerce regional countries to take sides and stop deploying land-based intermediate missiles in China's neighborhood. These moves undermine China's strategic security interests, as well as the hard-won peace and stability in the region.

For Sino-US ties, peace is most valuable, stability the priority and credibility the foundation. Now is the time for the US to live up to its words and meet China halfway on the road to peace and development.

In my first job after my crock o' s**t degree course, I wondered if some of the scum I had to deal with had criminal records. One of the technicians told me of a grayooit who didn't understand the ABSOLUTE BASICS that I would expect a child hobbyist to know full-well.

In another job the scum I worked with cut corners, despite the components being for a satellite, which would be very costly to repair in space. The Hubble Telescope had a similar issue where someone pointed out a flaw but it was ignored and had to be fixed in space at HUGE cost.

The Krappy News Network reports on how two "clowns supervised by monkeys" were seconded to the FAA. They ruled that Boeing had to make changes. Then the two managers of those projects told their manager to penalise them:

"Labor complaint reveals allegations of Boeing retaliation against two workers"

This is the same treatment Martin Wheatley got at Poodleville's FCA. He did his job but the banksters complained, so he was sacked and replaced by Andrew Bailey, under who's administration there were a series of scandals such as RBS's selling of interest rate swaps to mom 'n pop businesses.

The "first time the mail-boat was a day late", these hapless clowns LITERALLY started eating one another. They can NEVER be trusted.

They're losers so can never be trusted and will always resort to crime.

Boeing has now been overtaken by Airbus.

Tesla has been overtaken by BYD even without counting hybrids, which Tesla doesn't make. Without China, Japan and Korea, Tesla would have no batteries. Musk even had to move production to Shanghai where over half of his self-crashing, self-immolating death-pods are made.

Similarly, Apple depends on Japan, Korea and China to make iPhones whereupon they install their o/s with a backdoor which the FBI and the illegitimate state of New Izrael's NSO then hack. It's been overtaken by China's brands, including Huawei.

Someone has to be bottom but the Anglo/Jew gangsters, who were kicked out of Saxony in 450ad and Mesopotamia in 2000bc, refuse to accept their rightful place in the World.

Don't hold your breath. They're congenital liars who have never honoured a treaty in their entire history.

Like the saying goes, "it's easier said than done" ... There are four pillars that the U.S.A-led Anglo Western wolf pack strives for, in order to dominate the world.

1. military hegemony

2. financial hegemony

3. cultural hegemony

4. technological hegemony.
