Mark Forkner, 49, a chief technical pilot for the aerospace giant between 2014 and 2018, was charged on Thursday by a federal grand jury, according to the Department of Justice, which claimed he “deceived” the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Aircraft Evaluation Group about a particular system on the MAX, later determined to have led to a pair of crashes that took hundreds of lives.
. . .
The department invoked other private communications in its indictment, citing an email in which Forkner complained that if the FAA changed its training requirements it would be “thrown squarely on my shoulders,” adding, in the third-person:

It was Mark, yes Mark! Who cost Boeing tens of millions of dollars!
- Former Boeing test pilot charged for ‘deceiving regulators’ about 737 MAX safety, to ‘save money’ & not become fall guy

And we know what would have happened to Faulkner if he'd done the right thing. He'd probably have been sacked or moved aside. That's what happened to Martin Wheatley who was the first head of Poodleville's FCA. The banksters complained and Wheatley was replaced with Andrew Bailey, under who's administration a series of scandals ensued, but who has now been rewarded for this failure as the Bank of Poodleville's governor.

Similarly, one person pointed out an issue with the Hubble telescope. But rather than miss their targets, the crooks ignored him. The result was that the telescope wasn't working properly for years after it was launched into space and a repair at FAR GREATER COST was mounted in space.

So the corruption seeps down from the top. Relatives of the victims have pointed out that Faulkner is just the fall-guy. Many others should be on death-row and charged with far more serious crimes than just fraud.

Furthermore, the hirelings were deemed "clowns supervised by chimpanzees". So the corruption means their main concern is providing jobs for legions of useless morons.
