On 18 April, CGTN reported that the Govt would start to regulate e-cigarette sales;  a govt official was seen on TV explaining the need to regulate the business!

This is good news;  e-cigarette sales have boomed recently with numerous shops set up all over China to promote and sell e-cigarettes to young people who have never smoked cigarettes before, getting them started on the road to tobacco smoking as they graduate from vaping to hardcore tobacco smoking, forming the next generation of cigarette smokers!!  The business of vaping must be so lucrative that there are even two shops in the same shopping center competing for the growing market!

This vaping trend must be arrested promptly or China would face enormous health problems stemming from tobacco smoking.  Interesting to see how the Govt intends to regulate this hazardous product

Several countries have already banned the sale of e-cigarettes to protect their citizens from this new health product, they include, Argentina, Brazil, UAE, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Cambodia, Jordan, Oman, Qatar, etc etc!  China would be wise to do likewise!
