With this world being as torturous as it is, I would not even want to bring children into this world, only to have them suffer.  War, poverty, disease, violence, oppression, heartless hierarchy, cruelty, pain, etc.  This world has no redeemable qualities.  Humans have failed and should allow themselves to go extinct.
