Qin Zhihui, better known by his online name, Qin Huohuo, on Friday pleaded guilty that he made rumors online.

Probably most of what one reads on the net is questionable in many anyways. Truths, half-truths, distorted, exaggerated stories. Educated people can decide themselves what they want to believe. For a governmental body to chase rumors is ludicrous and a clear indication of the low level of education of its citizenry.
