Probably a very good idea. it's something that China still doesn't quite understand about being a developed country. You can build wonderful modern buildings and rides, but the difference between "developed" and "developing" is that you keep everything clean and tidy and maintained. The Chinese still haven't quite made that jump yet, they don't quite understand, they're lazy, they don't look after things, they don't maintain new buildings, everything becomes messy again. So obvious the difference between China and Japan. These are all lessons in developing.
