I want to congratulate you for your samaritan's action.

i saw this kind of situations in the past and when i wanted to intervene my wife stopped me, thank God other local people intervened with good results.
I think the authorities should encourage its citizen to intervene in this kind of events and not only to explode the image of
Lei Feng without taking the right measurements and to guide seriously to the people.
