If Diaoyudao falls into the hands of the Japanese, Taiwan will surely follow.  Taiwanese should remember how the Japanese treated their women, as well as their men (forcibly conscripted into the Imperial Japanese Army, brutally treated, and used as suicide squads in attacking enemy positions at grave risk to their lives).  Those who do not or cannot remember history will be doomed to repeat it.  Say NO to Imperial Japanese pirates!  Say YES to Diaoyudao and united resistance against Japanese aggression.

Ma Yingjeou will become the culprit of all Chinese history if he fails to reunite the two sides in the face of a likely loss of national sovereign territory.  All because he would not join hands with China in easily booting out the Japanese.  Unity is strength!

There are unfortunately a big contingent of traitors who prefer to be ruled by the Japanese, whom Ma is afraid of, and even, at times, sadly, sympathetic to.  Most Taiwanese however look at themselves as Chinese, even if they do not accept the communist ideology, which is very understandable, as even the Mainlanders now only pay lip service to this ideology, but live according to capitalist norms.

To be a Taiwanese and to prefer Japanese sovereignty over themselves, and Diaoyudao, is to be a traitor to Taiwan, which is what these opponents to a joint defense of Diaoyudao by Taiwan and China, really are.

Taiwan is quite safe from Japan. How safe it is from China is another matter entirely, which i'm sure your well aware.

Taiwan has zero chance of being attacked by mainland China, unless it secedes. But even as we speak, Japan is already attacking Taiwan by invading Diaoyudao.  And if Japan succeeds in taking over Diaoyudao under the nuclear umbrella of the Anglo-Japanese Alliance, the rest of Taiwan is sure to follow because Taiwan was in fact once under Japanese control from 1895-1945 as a part of Japan.  If Diaoyudao is Senkaku, then Taiwan is a prefecture of Japan.

Only fools and cowards can fail to see the connection between Neo-Nazism and Japanese invasion of Diaoyudao.  Diaoyu-Taiwan is modern Neo-Nazism's Sudetenland.  And China is afraid of defending its sovereignty over Diaoyudao for fear of a nuclear war?

Since when has the Great Helmsman taught his successors the word "fear"?  Can any country continue to exist as a sovereign country if it fears to defend its sovereign territory?  Call it a sell-out, not fear.

Japan is already attacking China/Taiwan by taking over Diaoyudao under the nuclear umbrella of the Anglo-Japanese Alliance.

Japan has de facto declared war on the Chinese people by officially annexing Diaoyudao on September 11, 2012.

These two countries are de facto in a state of war!!!

Taiwanese especially remember how their businessmen are treated on the mainland, and, furthermore, they remember that 1000 missiles aiming their cities. And they have exclenne trelations with japan, past is past, and most taiwaneses consider japan brang a lot of culture and development in the island, even if there are many point that can obviously be criticized. Also, taiwaneses do not wish to reunificate with mainland in former conditions, that's not mean they wont wish it later, but not in the former conditions. And, of course, the "return to japan" is just a product from your propaganda brainwashing imagination.
