From today's news reports, a high-level officials in state-owned banks also had 2 type of ID cards. The local gov said that it is caused by local police's carelessness.

In our present gov's rules, high-level officials should report to gov if they travel abroad. Would corrupted gov officials easily flee away if they had 2 different Passports: one for fooling our gov, another for escaping from China?

Could only local police's carelessness could open a door for officials getting 2 ID cards? I don't think so.

Now, the high-level officials need to hand in their passports in gov. The high-level officials have to pass the check and get back the passports from the gov if they would travel abroad. The corrupted officials could easily flee away from China if they had another passport with another names.

As for the corrupted officials in Southern and Northern China, in Western and Eastern China were found to have 2 ID cards, It is not a single case now.

I suggest that our Central gov need to recheck the system of ID cards. We need to fix the loopholes in the system of ID cards.

I still suggest that our central gov need to start opening the assets and salaries of high-level officials to the public.

Many intellectuals in the party and gov are afaid that the opening would lead to social disabilities. It would probably bring sort of social disabilities if a large amount of corrupted officals were exposed within a short period.

Supposed that we had launched the opening policy before 1990s' privatization of state-owned assets, we don't need to worry about the consequence: sort of social disabilities.

If we don't launch the openning now, Maybe we would plant a time-bomb which would expode in our future.

Short-term pains is better than long-term pains.

In the latest another scandal exposed by netizens:

Our congress did't know one member had thrown away China's citizenship until netizens exposed it online.

We don't check the reason that the congress member threw away China's citizenship here. Why could our congress fail to check the citizenship of our Congress members?

Are there large loopholes in China's citizenship Identity checking system?
