Many high-level officials in gov and state-owned companies hurried to sell the luxurious apartments in China's large cities from last November.

Last November, netizens disclosed the amount of apartments owned by a gov official in Guangzhou. The accidents frightened high-level officials though local gov punished the guy who disclose the information and China's national Congress hurried to publish a law to prohibit releasing information.

From a report published by the party Central discipline committee,
the illegal capital flight in China's mainland was 412 billion us dollars in 2010,
was 600 billion us dollars in 2010,
was 1000 billion us dollars in 2011,
would probably be 1500 billion us dollars in 2013.

Hmm, please reflect on the figures which you've published and then tell us whether you believe it. 1,500 billion means 1,5 trillion or more than 18% of China's GDP for the year 2012. In all fairness, not even the Epoch Times and Gordon Chang would believe it.
