I think Baron_xie's advice is good. Physical exercise for at least 30 minutes at a time. But you never specified your health issue, so depending on that, it might be hard.

Sunlight is good too, because you'll get Vitamin D, which helps fight depression. Here in Chicago, it is often cloudy for weeks at a time, and people get the 'winter blues.' Only the people that are outside even when it is bitter cold seem to be immune to it.
