ShaanxiXianyang 13-year-old boy Peng Peng and his family recently went to a bathcenter bearing gift certificates/vouchers to bathe. While settling the bill,Peng Peng’s mother discovered an extra 198 yuan charge and the bath center claims thisexpense was the fee for the sexual services that Peng Peng received, which PengPeng had also signed off on. In response, Peng Peng admitted to receivingsexual services and said the provider had provided the service even afterhaving asked his age.
After arriving at the bathcenter, Mr. Meng’s wife told him that around 9 that morning, when she, Ms. Hu,and their two children were preparing to settle the bill to leave, the cashiersaid they have a 198 yuan massage bill for Peng Peng that wasactually for sexual services.
Holding free bathing vouchers afriend had gifted them, Xianyang residents Ms. Chen and her family as well asher friend Ms. Hu’s and her family walked into the bath center for the firsttime. Yesterday [July 30] morning, when the two families were preparing tosettle the bill and leave the bath center, they were instead told that Ms.Chen’s 13-year-old son Peng Peng had purchased “sexual services” provided by amasseuse. The bath center requested that Ms. Chen pay for Peng Peng’s 198 yuanbill. How could a bath centerprovide sexual services to a 13-year-old child? After the female masseusereplied that she had indeed provided “sexual services” to Peng Peng, angry Ms.Chen immediately chose to call the police.
Standing in front of the police station, although the Peng Peng before our eyes is nearly 1.8m tall, his childishappearance makes it clear that he is still a child. Yesterday, while Peng Pengrelated his experience of being “sexually serviced”, he felt extremely ashamedand also very regretful for not having been able to control himself at the time.
