Which problems should be fix?

Problem 1:
Do President Hu know that China's towns' officials could get such sky high salaries? I guess not.
Not only ordinary citizens don't know what exactly the salary of local officials, but also our China's president and premier.
how to fix: Open officials' salaries to the public

Problem 2:
Why couldn't our Party discipline commission, our audit and anti-corruption department failed to know it?
How to fix: We have too many Anti-corruption officials and departments. However all of them often don't work. We need to learn anti-corruption from HK, Taiwan, Singapore, and other area. We need to improve the efficency of our anti-corruption system.

Problem 3:
According to our experience, those officials apparently evading personal income taxes.

Problem 4:
Officials' one inside meal is 0.16 million yuan with taxpayers' money. No one had knew it until one netizen reported the corruption on the internet.

Problem 5:
Each time after the scandals were exposed on the internet. Local gov first focuses on the internet censoring and silencing the people rather than fixing problems.
