(hot) Fish on theBed.

Our fishwill just get hot, waiting for us on the warm bed...

This fish looks amazing!

one question though: Do you eat the ginger or garlic with fish? I can see you put a lot of those.

Or do they just serve as ingredience?

ginger creates a "bed" for steaming fish and to give speciall taste and characteristic smell, some pieces I eat, but most of them are left over, the same with garlic.

Is there much difference between Chinese dish and that in your country? by the way, where are you  ...

I'm from Poland. Polish cuisine is like its' geographic position - between German and Russian cuisine :)
A lot of long-cooked meat, potatoes, soups, dumplings and noodles.
Also many kinds of smoked meat and sausages. Many kinds of bread, cakes, and baked dishes.

I like Chinese cuisine, because dishes are more healthy, a lot more of vegetables, and cooking process is maybe not simplier, but a lot shorter :) (short frying insteed of hours of boiling...).
For office-working man, not having a lot of free time - it is good choice. That is why I try to cook chinese-style insteed of only trying to make my homelands' dishes.

Now something different. Especially for those, who do not want to eat rice, rice noodles, etc. all the time.

Recipe inspired by both Chinese, and European (Polish) cuisine.

Green noodles.

Based on polish recipe “kluski łyżką kładzione” (noodles made by spoon), but fits perfectly to Chinese dishes.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes (only cooking) – 15 minutes (cooking and frying)
Level: basic

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- wheat flour
- green onions

Preparation:

- mix eggs, add a little salt, and 2-3 tablespoons of wheat flour

- chop the green onions

- add onions to eggs and wheat, stir

- add more wheat

more wheat You add – harder noodles will be (dough should be at list like thick jam, and not harder then You can easily put it on the tablespoon)

- boil the water with a little of salt

- heat the tablespoon in hot boiling water

- put small bits of dough to boiling water, wait 2-3 minutes boiling, then remove

I like this noodles a little fried, so, after boiling – just put it on the hot pan with some oil, and fry gold.

You may also mix it with any kind of sauce, stew etc., simply by adding it to frying noodles.
On the pictures – noodles served with pork in dark sauce.

with a little of sauce:

and much more ;)

serve - always hot.
