usually - I do not make photos while cooking :) but for this "project" I use old good G-3 camera on tripod, no "special" lights, just the lamp in the kitchen, long exposures, self-timer. Simple as that.

This one looks great. I'll try how it tastes with garlic.

I want to introduce another style of cooking eggs.

Just add some 剁椒 (Hunan salted chopped hot pepper), you can get it in any Chinese supermarket. It look like this:



you can make the dish look like this :

Yes, I use many kind of peppers in marinades, and also some hot paste of red peppers (spicy like hell).
But when I can use fresh pepper - it is always better.

Those kinds of marinaded peppers are excellent for eggs, noodles, and other dishes when You can put it in the table as a condiment/garnish - then it is very convinient when some guest likes spicy and some not.

I also truly adore marinaded garlick.
I use it in whole pieces (Chinese style - as seen in restaurants), or in slices - more convenient if You want to taste only "a little bit".
