Lately a Shanghai local department of Central bank of China released an anouncement to criticize Jiangsu Bank for leaking personal information to a microfinancial company.

It said Jiangsu Bank checked 32 thousand clients' credit reports and leaked part of them in the cooperation with Creditease company who providing microfinance.

It is written in laws that our personal credit reports is collected by Central bank of China. The credit reports have name, ID card, Hukou, gender, birthdate, diploma, career, mail address, phone number, company, email address, maritial status, houses, the job title, the above same information of your wife(or husband), the detailed flow charts and related information in credit and debit account in all of commercial banks of mainland China.

Commercial Banks in mainland China could check Personal credit reports after banks have the clients' athorized paper.

I checked my personal credit report last week.

It comprise:
1. name and ID number
2. gender and birthdate
3. Personal Phone number and Company's phone number
4. Bank
5. Hukou location and mail address
6. Name of companies
7. job title
8. details about loans
9. details about your credit card
7. the flow chart of loans and credit cards
8. the details about lilfe insurance
9. Who checked your credit report in the past 2 years.
