Thought this was a thread about dealing with "recycling", and not another thread about visas...

He's a rubbish and we don't know how to recycle this kind of waste.

I have heard this news. It is very terrible. The village as the pictures show is seriouly polluted by the waste electronics. The stream of it is black because of the heavy metal pollution. What's worst,it is said that even the underground water is unnormal. When the people use this water to make tea,the tea will definite look black. So they have to go to the shop to buy some distilled water to make tea when the guests visit. And also the probablity of giving birth a deformed baby is obviously higher than the other village around. The E-waste problem is urgent to be solved now.

Outweighing the jobs that are created, the increasing  health hazards had
made it mandatory for many developed countries to impose disposal law to prevent them fromgetting into
the waste. Recyling and properly treatment is required under more civic laws.

Illinosians state required all computer to be recycle instead of throwing into trash.

The most recent State Law passed last year, that took effect from New Year's Day,
had included many more peripherals like keyboard , mp3 player, video game console and video media player to the disposal list.

Any violators would be fined between USD 1,000 and USD 7,000.

Since January 2010, EU had regulatios for battery disposal.

All battery retailers have to provide disposal  facilities  to collect waste batteries.
Anyone selling more than a tonne of portable batteries will have to arrange
for the collection, recyling and disposal of waste batteris in proportion of their market share.

They will then contact some compliance schemes to properly disposed it.

These toxic, including mercury, lead and cadmium, are classified as hazardous waste.
