That's called 'ChIndia'.

China and India can engage in friendly eugenics competition.  Both countries would end up improving their genepools and evolve to higher levels.  India will do it, but China is too cowardly and Westernized to do the eugenics.  So, India will end up ruling the world along with Israel, while China becomes the forgotten land.

I personally would like to see India wipe out the useless Chinese.  Israel agrees, which is why they have much better relationships with India than China.

IQ tests not so accurate.
IQ is influenced by many factors - diet, family background, cultural background, religious beliefs, etc, etc.
Wouldn't an aboriginal child adopted by white family score far higher than an average aboriginal children?

IQ has alot to do literacy rate.
Unfortunately literacy rate in India is low,
therefore reflected in the IQ tests,
similar to lands that have low literacy rate, also low IQ.
