how to celebrate the new year?

Chinese new year is coming,but i feel loney. i dont know why. When i was a little girl, i hoped everyday is new year, because i can wear new clothes, eat a lot of snacks which my parents bought seldomly in usual life, in a word , i can get a lot of expection in new year. But as life turns better, i dont expect too much from the new year, which used to be luxury in old time is common in nowdays.   How can i really enjoy the new year holiday??
