This time, don't think it is right to accuse or blame the Railway Authorities. Why?

1.  It is a pity that passengers did not prepare themselves early since announcements have been made in many ways.

2.  That >90% of passengers are enjoying easier and more comfortable methods of ordering tickets from work places and home.

3.  It is a new culture in ticket purchasing scheme and employers should help their workers by updating their fellows to follow through the process of advance ticket purchases. The public must point a finger at employers rather than the railway guys in this instance.

4.  There is such thing as "street wise" people, and obviously, many are taking things for granted in China thinking "sort of angels" will help out in the end ... ... !

Can't tuck under mum's apron in a new world of activities and benefits; but have to get up and do the home works too!!

1.  It is a pit ...

But authorities should have plan this problem.
Why not slowly implemant the system by selling just a limited number of online tickets the first year. It would have reduce lines in train stations a bit and would also have given more time for humble Chinese people to adapt.
It was pretty clear that many would not use computer from the start...
Once again, migrants workers are those who suffer the most from new policies.

As said, there were enough time of publications and announcements made and more over, it is a new culture in practical form to make sure people of all intelligent levels could find the ways around to get tickets conveniently at home and in offices.

Certainly, as also mentioned, EMPLOYERS should be kicked in the as....holes first of all before throwing the blames on these railway guys on this occasion. Why couldn't EMPLOYERS take a tiny bit of time off to assist their less educated employees by making sure that all could get tickets at the throw of some fingers on the keyboards?  Technical loopholes are of course alive but can only be fixed by people, the users in common, to help fix them instead of nagging about the weaknesses, just because some are crying! Miss it this time is not the end of tomorrow, they will never ever miss it the next time for sure!

Employers/Bosses have got to get educated with civic senses is the real practical answer to all these shortfalls.

Either the above or nothing else, people get too dependent on a system like it used to be in the past of the old and raw communism birth, post wars, where "the grand father was an angel with many hands and legs to feed everything you need". It is a New China's era and things have to move on ... ... ... less a "talking_only nation" else all other nations cannot stop calling you "names ... "; neither can they stop stealing your islands nor can they stop preaching you about human rights and Yuan manipulations. Aren't you have had enough in your ears and chest?

Green color train:
Migrant workers like to take the Green color trains.

I, kind of a migrant worker, like Green color trains too, though Green color trains have not air conditioners.

If it is english that you're trying to use,

how are you able to continue to live with this shame?

If you were japanese,
you oughted to do seppuku now.
that is, implying being japanese in itself was not shamefur enough to have to do seppuku.
