The famous local snacks in Hainan, made with rice noodles with delicious soup and various accessories. The name is from the most famous rice noodle in Baoluo of Wenchang Town, as the noodles thicker than "Hainan Rice Noodles",the north people of Hainan also called it"thick rice noodles soup".

East Goat:The goat is pitch-black color, with fat meat

The goat is pitch-black color, with fat meat and thick soup . Its greasy and delicacy,but without mutton smell. It is reported that because the sheep eat special product -- Chinese francolin tea and rare vegetation in Dongshan range. The East goat is on enjoyed the great reputation since the Song Dynasty, and once was listed as "the high quality goods", was one of four big famous cuisine of Hainan. East goat's cook way is diverse, has stews in soy sauce , consomme ,  coconut tree juice , dryly stir-fries stewing, hits the chafing dish (hot pot) and so on many kinds of eating ways.

Jiaji Duck
Jiaji Duck is also named "Fan Duck" and is featured with red coronet, yellow web and white and black feather. Thanks to the unique feeding method of Jiaji Area in Qionghai City, the grown "Fan Duck" is featured with big chest, thin skin, soft bones and delicate meat. When you eat the meat, you will find it fat but not oily and is honored with the name "Jiaji Duck" in order to be distinguished from other variety of "Fan Duck" raised in other areas. There are altogether three cooking methods of this kind of duck. It can be cooked into Steamed Duck Pieces, Preserved Duck and Roast Duck with every one delicious and special.
