Not all of the attempt visitors are activists. Many of them are first-timers. That shows they don't think the house arrest is right.
If Chen committed crime, charge him. If not, release him.
Why also put his wife under house arrest?

I hope the top government will do sth good and punish the small local government in linyi. small thugs need to be wiped out asap.
