A guy's fingers were cut badly in a restaurant. He hurried to the local government-own hospital, the 3rd hospital of Wuhan, for treatment. After the operation was done, the guy and his friends was shocked by the cost of treatment - RMB 1,830. They negotiated to hand in RMB 1,000 for the medical operation and refused by the hospital.

At last the guy sutures and plaster were removed. The poor guy went to another hospital nearby for treatment. There the medical operation cost RMB 800.

Later, the journalist contacted  a doctor in the 3rd hospital of Wuhan. He said, the price of medical operation was approved by government. The price demanded by patient was too much low to agree. The doctor had to remove sutures and plaster after patients refused to pay medical operation cost.

In 2011-07-27, a woman was knocked down by a car in Baoding, Hebei province. The woman was sent to local hospital, Anguoshizhong hospital. After a simple medical operation, the doctors found that the woman has no family members accompanied. They judged that the woman was a street beggar with mental problem. The deputy director of the hospital instructed the hospital employee threw the patient away to suburban area.

In 2011-07-28, the woman was found and already died. Now, the local police arrested the deputy director and the relevant hospital employee.

When I studied in elementary school, when I studied in junior high school, we learned how evil the western societies were from our textbooks.

There, poor people didn't have enough money to see a doctor. People were cold to each other. There it was a society of human being eating human being.

Now, after the reform, our mainland Chinese society is going like that evil society in our former textbooks.

China's opening up is met by growth in internet.

Poor people just need to be aided.
