But overall whether the country been benefitted or not?
In every new step of adopting a system there are some loses.
Specifically China was caught by last one decades economic recession worldwide.
In such circumstances a export oriented country have nothing to dojust wait and see.
All you know the last position of world economy.

Lunneng company is a single case and there could be many.This is bcz the corrupt official who were benefitted to do so.
I was in southern China and moved to many places and found a sound management which is absent in north China.I personally visit some industry handeled by family or individual.They were doing very good.

Such a big country to manage the total biz affairs is tough.See the Dongguan model and learn how they achieved

A HongKong made its way only with trust and professionalism worldwide.80% of Chinas export happened thrg this small tiny island called SAR.Whats the lacking of northern China or other belt who cannot create trust like HK?

This is a practise which are not obeyed by north.Just one example the demand of steel is higher in mainland as I travelled and see also took thousands of picture then why Lunneng failed and why TATA and Shougang jointly achieved more than their targets?

Proabably you heard a few of stories about them.
What's your views?
"sound management", "with trust and professionalism", What's more?

Are the workers local people, or from West China and North China? How much did the boss pay those workers?

In 1980s, the product with Shanghai brands lost the market to the products with Wenzhou brands. Shanghai brands were expensive with a good quality. Wenzhou brands were cheap with a low quality.  From the time perspective, Wenzhou brands were actually expensive in 5-year long usages. However, Shanghai brands failed in the market competition that time.
That time Shanghai brands were under planned economy model mangement. Wenzhou brands was under market economy model management.

Would Deng's reform fail, if overall wealth grew rapidly, but the same time, if a large amount of Chinese lost in the reform?

Supposed there are 1 boss + 9 workers.

1 boss + 9 workers got 10 new golds in 2011.
1 boss got 9 gods and 9 workers got 1 gold.

Were the workers lazy while the boss worked hard? No. The workers worked very hard too. We call them by slave labors. But they don't have the rights to protest to get more wages - labor union is illegal there. Because the boss are National Congress member and local council member. Laws and policies are made by himself. The workers don't have their representatives in Congress and local council. The workers know nothing in policy making but only follow the laws and policies.
So, the boss can get as much profits as possible. Sometimes, the boss got huge profits from acquisition and speculation.

10 years later, 1 boss got 90 new golds and the 9 workers got 10 new golds. The same time, the 9 workers have few of social welfare according to the laws and policies made by the boss.

Supposed there are 1 official's family + 9 ordinary Chinese families

Public account owned by 10 families had 100 golds in 2010.

80 golds of the total 100 golds are privatized in 2011.

In the end, 70 golds go into 1 official's family while 10 golds go into 9 ordinary Chinese families.

Not heared only.
Physically visited those places and meet our desired host .Stay a while and talked to many indvidual who are engage or owned business.My visit was long time to those places.All the things hidden in the "sound management" which I didnt elaborated in the reason that you might understand all this.

How is wenzhoi now?

How is Dongguan presently?

Buyers and endusers are not fool.A good producer never failed.

A man from SE Asia went for a religious travel with some other mates in China.They use to stay in mosque and meet local muslim to exchange views of religion and invite non belivers to join.
The man is a trader of hardware and doing well.While in Hangzhou the priest show him a shutdown bearing factory as priest know he is doing this business.He immidietly took all accounts of the factory and seek help of muslim community there.They helped him for investment for owned/rent the factory from the govt within a short time.He started the production and as end 2006 he was booked for next 2 years  of his quality brand item.He sit in full time and left his biz to elder son.The old man is happy that more than 100 people are employed in the factory.

Only thing he donot compromise i.e. QUALITY PRODUCT.
Why the local people couldnot taken such opportunity?The bearing are exported to SE Asia to African countries.

The case: Who got the export shares from government decides everything in the late 1990s and the early 2000s.

In the late 1990s, even if you had a big factory, even if you provided the lowest price, you probably don't the opportunity to export your product via legal route.

Only a few of companies had the rights to export in mainland China. It was written in laws made by the Central government and local government in mainland China.

The rest of domestic companies could only buy the export shares from those limited companies.

Who got the export shares from government decides everything from 1980s to the early 2000s.
