What are the qualifications for court judges in PRC?

Selection of Judges in PRC

1. high ranking CPC members

2. a good record following commands of CPC leaders

3. a good record of maintaining social stability

It would be better if one worked in local or central CPC discipline committee.

It doesn't matter if one has never learned laws.

It doesn't matter one has never licensed to practice law too.
