this young guy MUST be in tremendous amount of SHI-T now.

- and of his parents, uncle and aunty for "public relation damage" control!

It would mean the "higher powers", in this case, the Provincial government would have taken noticed!
and if it got to the news, or the "whisper" circuit - heck central government, foreign diaspora would have noticed!

- that would cause pressure on the Provincial authorities to investigate abuses!

That's TRANSPARENCY 101 for you, and citizens in the entire China nation would feel relief that LAWS and MORAL STANDARDS are kept!

cheerios!

Note to policemen in China

Only beat up the peasants. Don't beat up people of power or sons/daughters of people with power.

That is all because as usual

It's hard for a POLICEMAN to act violently.

People are generally thought up to be "Naturally Good".
So, beating up a neighbour, violating a younger, weaker member of the community, committing theft ARE ALL not look favourably by CITIZENRY. - no matter rich, middle, poor or even destitute.

(however the destitute, poor can be desparate when "social security net" is lacking, and the greedy when "high paying vice trades" are not available - could do such ACTS!)

Ugly actions - are normally done "OUT OF THE EYE" of the public - so as not to arouse the "sense of indignation" of the masses - who are generally GOOD PEOPLE and would be create a public backlash!

(only a minority are greedy, and a few even outright evil! - none of these can survive - without GOOD PUBLIC RELATION, and masses support or ignorance)

cheerios!

The young, virile, drunkard always seems to get into such trouble TO THE EMBARASSMENT of their parents.

The old are weaker, are less violent!
Sometimes the "wicked" gang - might use "underaged kids" to do "violence" in the hope of a merciful public - in order to achieve certain goals.

A young man, with "limited" world view, social experience will definately get himself and his parents into some trouble when they use violence - or encouraged to be violent due to gang/triad affiliations!

cheerios!
