Local government contacted these netizens and suggested that Netizens better donate the money to the parents. The government officials alerted them who should shoulder the responsiblities if polluted food scandal came out.

The netizens didn't accept the transfer of money to parents. When they reached the local elementary school, the village director and the headmasters of elementary school denied the free lunch program too. One teacher said that the headmasters have gotten the suggestions from local government officials. The village director runs a shop just at the gate of this elementary school.

After netizens had left RMB 20,000 for the risk fund, the village director accepted the cooperation contract. The village director would be in charge of food supply and food safety.

Another group of netizens had been denied by another elementary school. The headmaster of that elementary school also opens a shop in school.

These netizens said that they can help only part of poor Chinese students. Most of the poor Chinese students need the help from Chinese government. Either the present or in future, netizens need to cooperate with government, not alienating government, of course not fighting against government.

Wow. For 2.5 RMB I can't buy anything of good in India

I would have to spend minimum of 7 RMB or 14 RMB for a good lunch

Not to mention the costs of friend's lunch too
