Chinese are since nearly 10 years the biggest group of migrants coming to OECD countries - in total, there are nearly 830.000 Chinese moving to western countries every year - half of them (440.000) are, however, students. And these 830.000 include those who move back!

So I wouldn't say that Chinese are treated inequally - there are just so many Chinese who want to move abroad that it would be unfair to other nations if they all could... Imagine Europe allows all Chinese who want to migrant to come - its population would grow so fast that there would be no way to build infrastructure fast enough!

I guess western governments are playing on time, hoping that when China develops more, more Chinese will also return (a development that is already happening!), so then the overall amount of people would not grow so fast (some are coming, some are going)

Yes, the Chinese are treated inequitably. I would like to invite you to read on the Chinese Exclusion Act of the US and Canada. The population of all Asians in the US is LESS than 5% of total population. At the same time, 75% US people are European immigrants. There are MORE Europeans anywhere in the US. Why, then, is there NO policy to discourage European immigrants? What is wrong with living in Europe?

You come to the conclusion shows your Sinophobe. Your culture itself is profoundly racist,.(Your mother taught you to calculate politics based on race. It is deeply rooted in the US/European white Christian culture.) The US Visa Bulletin screens Chinese solely based on national origin. It is a discrimination. It is so funny that the West comes to preach human rights and a Christian ghod to China while they explicitly discriminate the Chinese people.

There is. Only highly qualified Europeans are allowed to come and Europeans have less chance in greencard lottery than many other nationals. For Chinese who graduated from a top 50 University (or at least Tsinghua or Baida), it is also much easier to go to the US.

However, you don't only have to look at how many Europeans are allowed to go to the US - also consider how many Americans are coming to Europe all the way and look at the whole sum.
Also, you have to make a diffrence between American born Europeans (and American born Chinese) and Immigrants - that's not the same.

Your mother taught you to calculate politics based on race. It is deeply rooted in the US/European white Christian culture.

Why should she? She's of Asian descend herself...

There are more immigrants in Switzerland than in whole China - and there are 200 times less people in Switzerland. If you look at entire Europe, the figure is even much larger. For, for instance, an African, it is much harder to migrate to China than to Europe... In Europe, they even get money from the government (while in Guangzhou, people who offer them accomodation may get fined).

However, I do agree that there is a lot of racism, both in the west and in China, and I also do condemn that. But you can't fight racism with racisum (saying "racism is part of white culture" is a racist expression itself and therefore contradictionary...)

The US Visa Bulletin screens Chinese solely based on national origin. It is a discrimination

Nope - if Chinese government would sign international treaties regarding taking its own nationals back (and paying for the expenses they cause), Chinese nationals could also easier get into the US. Or why do you think it is much easier for Hong Kong people, who are also Chinese? That has nothing to do with race - just with law. And law is always unfair.

So you can now either complain that you can't go to the US - or get a descend education in a leading Chinese university, study the migration law and help Chinese and American governments to improve it.

EU population 800,000,000 immigration quota ratio 8E-5

World population 7,000,000,000 immigration quota ratio 4E-5

China population 1,500,000,000 immigration quota ratio 1E-7

Findings:

(1) Europeans are given twice more opportunities than the rest of the World.
(2) A European is given more than 100 times more opportunity than a Chinese to become an American.

What a shocking inequality, a man-made inequality. Shame.

Look at your line of deception, the 2 numbers add up to 100 but they are both Non-Hispanic Whites? You show the epic fail of US math education.

US Visa Bulletin: Modern Racism, Fear and Closeness

American immigration policies are one of the great examples of her closeness and institutionalized racism. Many Americans believe their nation is open. They even mistake China as the side restricting immigrants and exchange students to the US. The reality is that the US policies institutionally favour people from majority White-race nations.

Countries like China are given the same immigration quota as tiny nations like Iceland, or Switzerland, or Lithuania, or Holland or Belgium. Imagine - China with 1.3 billion people is given the same number of allowable immigrants as Lithuania. Chinese and Indians are singled out. Because they have a lot more people naturally, the Chinese and Indian are not allowed to apply for residency and citizenship for 5 or more years. Anyone from a mostly Caucasian nation, from the UK, Sweden to Australia, is not subject under the same ban or curtail.

This institutionalized close-door policy is the US Visa Bulletin. Do a search on the US Visa Bulletin yourself. I think the unfair close-door policy is a shame, just like the profound racism in US culture

My generation learned a lot from textbooks. Many Chinese have studied and lived in foreign countries. But many of them had come back to China from 1900s to 1955.
e.g. Politician: Sun Zhongshan, Jiang Jieshi, Zhou Enlai, Deng Xiaoping.
e.g. scientists: Qian Xuesen, Wang Ganchang,
e.g. artist: Liang Sicheng, ...
e.g. writers: ...
...

My generation read a lot of stories about how they love their motherland. Though they had a good job, though ..., though they have to live in a poor living in China, but they came back.

However, In the past 2 decades, More and more Chinese threw away Mainland Chinese citizenship and emigranted to other countries. Does this news report show more and more Chinese don't love the motherland?

+++++++++
Did our textbooks tell us only part of life, only part of stories?
or the present Chinese don't love their motherland compare to the Chinese before 1955?
or the Chinese culture has changed a lot?

++++++++
A Nobel prize winner Ding Zhaozhong came back to Taiwan and worked there many years ago. Any such world renowed scientists came back to mainland China because they love the motherland?
a few years ago, a Nobel prize winner, Yang Zhenning (83-year-old), married a young mainland Chinese girl (28-year-old). Does this news report show how he love his motherland?
