Time: 2005-3-23, location: Beijing court
the Chinese cout sentenced the guy one year in jail.

The guy protested the severe punishment and vowed to fight for justice.

The guy is a Bangladeshi.

But what can not happen is that the privileging as you described.

There can be no any kind of fostering regarding any social group.
