Idea Four ..............

Your paragraph 2:

It was the Americans who funded Chiang-Kai-Shek to the tune of 3 billion dollars so that they could keep their interests in China. It was the Americans who invaded in N. Korea and tried to secure the land mass up to the Chinese Yalu River. It was America that placed 34 nuclear bombs in Korea to use against the Chinese only to be stopped by the Europeans.  It was America that prevented PRC China from completing its war civil war against the Kuo-ming-tang and securing Formossa.

The same poem could be written asking why China has been given a free reign into the WTO, G20, allowed to rack up massive trade surpluses which have severely affected other developed countries, and is allowed to copy and infringe on numerous international laws and ethical/environmental standards imaginable without the same accountability of other nations. ...

.

Free? Massive trade surplus? Maybe you should read a research by University of California, on how a made in China Apple Ipod sold more than 200 US$, but the Chinese manufacturer only got single digit fee. The most of the profit goes to westerners wallet.

Then you still blame us for the trade imbalance.

Such a poem would be just as much a distortion of reality as the one at the beginning of this thread.

.
Seems it's you that distort the reality, from the sentence above.

If China was held back by the evil outsiders, why did it boom IMMEDIATELY when Deng Xiao Ping decided to open it up? I mean it happened straight away.  ...

.
Straight away?

It's paid by low wages, environmental destruction and hosting dirty industries unwanted by your society.

Idea Five ..................

The America intervention in June 1950 in Korea also was part of the spark for the securing of China’s border in T.ib.et in July 1950.

It is the Americans who currently through the US government sponsor NED fund splinter groups in China (Americans call this terrorism when it is against them) and it is America who encourages anyone against China by giving funds, Congressional Medals and probably even influencing Nobel Prizes such as last year’s political nonsense with a US funded winner.

It is little wonder that America (and I mean its government) is a bankrupt nation both morally and financially.

I am in some agreement with your last statement that you will find good and bad in all things.

My apologies for using multiple posts ..............

I am not sure why I had to do this and maybe it is time to quit this forum  .................

The final point is that the poem lacks introspection. It looks out at the world and finds the world responsible for all its pain. Anybody with even a cursory knowledge of Chinese history, both modern and ancient, knows that much more suffering has been brought upon China by itself than by external sources. What were the death tolls of the Tii-ping Re-bellion and The Gr8 Leap For Wood? That's just a couple off the tip of the ice-berg. ...

You mean that the opium war, Japanese invasion, western media histeria, separatists financed by C!A should be our responsibility?

Nobody was stopping China, only itself. There's still nobody stopping China, despite a few angry words muttered here and there in grandstanding political sessions from time to time, in other countries. That is the reality. ...

.
How about the 2 separatist leaders that financed by the C!A TODAY?

Rothschild

I read this Rothschild family story in a Chinese story a few of years ago.

Where is your evidence for that conclusion ?

Alternative Analysis
Over more than 2 centuries, the Rothschild family has frequently been the target of accusations. These theories take differing forms, such as claiming that the family belongs to the Illuminati, or controls the world's wealth and financial institutions. The rothschild family encouraged wars between governments. Discussing this and similar views, the historian Niall Ferguson wrote: "As we have seen, however, wars tended to hit the price of existing bonds by increasing the risk that a debtor state would fail to meet its interest payments in the event of defeat and loesses of territory. By the middle of the 19th century, the Rothschilds had evolved from traders into fund mangers, carefully tending to their own vast portfolio of government bonds. Now having made their money, they stood to lose more than they gained from conflict. The Rothschilds had decided the outcome of Napolenoic Wars by putting their financial weight behind Britain. Now they would. .sit on the sidelines. [propaganda, non backed statement]"
