after the previous reported accidents about mining; shouldn't companies give top priority
on how safety regulations should be?

weren't they given seminars or orientation on what should be done?
or like, they should give trainings when such incident occur?
were there safety gears or survival kits given to each miner?

i know, we can't solve all the harmful situations but at least with those
trainings, we can lessen the chances of human life being snuffed out.

Strengthen management of production safety

hereby i refer to two solutions, one of them is to improve people's awareness of safety not only to     the workers but also to the company, and the other is to enhance supervision and monitor of the implementatio of mining.
