Hi My user name is englishsurfe. I got this message when i was trying to reset my password.

"Sorry, specified ID does not exist or has been expired, you can not get back your password back."

First of all, there is no "can not" in English. It's "cannot". there is no space in between. Secondly, "get back your password back"? why use the word "back" twice? Also, "has expired" would be good enough and the word "been" is totally unnessary.

I don't mean to be critical. All I would like to do is reset my password. Not only was i not able to do so successfully (with the flaw of your web site probably) but i got this unprofessional and unhelpful message.
