I think serious penalty and fierce punishment should be taken into effect ,only in that way could we enahnce the general qualification of our Chinese people~!

I am sorry for those who are littering , spitting , jumping the queue.....
they are not all the poor, some have entered the university ...
the habits have been formed in kid...
so parents / teachers should set a good example for the next generation..
Success only favors those who persist and don't give up.

Chinese ARE rude and dirty!!

As an Asian American who has been around A LOT of chinese (both fobs and abc) as well as korean americans, vietnamese, filipinos, etc...

i can say that BY FAR Chinese FOBS are the most ill mannered DIRTIEST of all the asians.  it's like they don't care about cleanliness at all.  They often have oily dandruff filled hair (obviously don't shower), black teeth, bad breath, and ugly clothes (for instance, wearing heels with white socks... wtf?).

The koreans and Japanese are BY FAR the most civil and polite and will not try to cheat you out of money or stab you in the back.

ABCs are a little better but that also depends.  Mandarin ABCs are the same as korean americans ... polite, well groomed well educated.  But the cantonese... DAMN!  they are still filthy, wtf is up with that?  they were born in the states.

And SF and NYC china town is DISGUSTING!  Koreatown in LA or Little tokyo are sooooo much cleaner.  sure korea town isn't such a nice neighborhood... but the koreans living there are clean and so are the shops and restaurants.  And little tokyo is spotless!  Chinatown... no chinatown is like somekind of cesspool! sooooo dirty and smelly.  anywhere the chinese go, it's like their dirtiness follows!

What china needs to do is indoctrinate their children and adults into accepting that dirty = bad.  They need to understand that you need to brush your teeth, shower, or at least wash your hair, face, feet and crotch daily... They also need to learn that its not okay to spit, litter, cut in line, or talk loud in the cacaphonous sound they call a language (mandarin when spoken quietly is not so bad... so don't speak loud...but cantonese... wow... simply unforgiveable).

Then maybe in the next 10 years, things will change and people will start being clean.  but it will take a while.  honestly,  the chinese should be freakin ashamed by this... you have no idea how it disgusts non-chinese people, and how the non-chinese talk about it behind their backs...

please for the love of mao!  clean up!
