Come on , girl !

As my experience, make your life full is a good way. If you are really busy, then you'll be no more time to think the food even for the three meals. On the other hand, you'll be consume more calories. You may have a try.

i don't think more about on diet .

for me .i think i should rise my weight.
everyday i eat off a chicken,and six bowls of rice,and two bowls of seafood soup.i enjoy the life.pepper  dish i like too.
now i am 180cm and 78kg .do you think about me?
i like swimming ,especially in winter.it can help me enforce preventing some diseases,
i hope you that you are healthy.you know?the health is the most important for you.

1) Drink more water, it really help you to remove the rubbish inside your body

2) No cigarate, No wine

3) Reduce the volume of every meal and increase the time of meal

BMI -- index to know weight

BMI-- Body Mass Index
     A way to know  whether your weight is fit. Just do as the following,
    BMI= weight (kg)/height(m)/height(m)
    For example, weight 78kg, height 1.80m
   BMI = 78/1.8/1.8=24.07
   sandard index : 22
      26above means fat
      24~25                   little fat
      20~23                   standard weight
      18~19                   little thin
      below 17              too thin

I am 165cm, 53kg

My experience:
1.I rarely eat meat, especially pig.
    If you want to eat meat, firstly, you should choose fish, then chicken, then beef, finally pig.
2.Take milk every day, this will help you keep good stature, good skin too.
3.Take more vegetables and fruits.
4.In addition, maybe there are some heredity factors
