..... fortunately only the next best students, and the holiday type whose family have money to burn takes the plane to the US or UK universities. The most talented Chinese scholars are nurtured in some of China's best home teaching establishments.
China must retain its best. Don't let our best youngsters be brainwashed, enticed and be stolen by the western warmongers.
We must retain the best of best; the Chinese Einstein at home.

China should only permit, recognized the degrees certifications from the top 20 universities or teaching schools from each of the Five Eyes countries.

The UK for instance had only 20 or so true universities in the 1970s.
Margaret Thatchers in the 80s decided to turn the UK's teaching establishments into an industrial concern.
She lumped All the country's 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th rate adult teaching schools together, and granted them the title of "University". Thus some 100 or more of UK's "university" today are not qualified, or up to the teaching standards of some of China's best Elementary schools.

UK university degrees are a big scam.

The oldest existing and continuous Universities in the world are found in Morocco and Italy.

The continued toolkit credited to the British is their invention of colonialism through genocide of the aborigines, slavery, carried out in step with the plundering of the native land for natural resources.
