The above photo shows the beautiful rural road of rural area of Yancheng City in China's East Jiangsu province.
When I was a kid, we only had mud road and boat was a big part of our transportation system. As we enter to the new era with the good hope to build beautiful rural China, now concrete road is available for all villagers so that we cuold drive back home from Beijing. The childhood company, the boat, still looks very charming, though.

This is on the way to Mount Miaofeng. Situated in the Mentougou District west of Beijing City, Mount Miaofeng is 31 miles (50 kilometers) from central Beijing. It occupies an area of 4,900 acres (about 2,000 hectares). The highest peak in the mountain range is 4,236 feet (1,291 meters) high. It is famous for the Goddess Temple and its temple fair, well known in Beijing since ancient times. It boasts very beautiful sceneries all year round such as the Rose Sea. Mount Miaofeng is also an ideal choice for hike and cycling.
