(China Plus) Authorities in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province has put a hotel on black list after being exposed online for rip-off by a public Wechat account, reports the chinanews.com.|
The hotel, Zhao's Yard, located 13 kilometers away from the Snow Land scenic area, asked the guests to change their booked room to a worse one and threaten to drive them away if they don't change, said Wechat account YMtraveler last week.

Many Wechat users echoed that they have the similar experience or heard of the chaotic management in the scenic area.
After investigation, the local Dahailin Forestry Bureau said on Thursday it is proved that runners of Zhao’s Yard treated guests rudely and are suspected of price cheating. The hotel was fined nearly 60,000 yuan (9,200 US dollars) and suspended operation. Owner of the house has canceled cooperation contract with the hotel operator.
In response to YMtraveler's accuse of a steward on their coach forcing them to buy tickets from him because the scenic spots don’t sell tickets to individuals, the forestry bureau said it has asked the coach operator to strengthen supervision and sign contract with drivers to prevent the case from happening again.
