...simply because its main actor, Huang Xiaoming, a Hong Kong native, protested the decision of the PCA...

It is time that China enforce the UNCLOS against its most blatant violators, who not only violated Article 298, excluding all matters involving sovereignty of member countries from mandatory arbitration without the consent of such countries, but after illegally awarding an illegal claim against a China that has its two feet firmly on the ground as far as UNCLOS is concerned, should dare to injure the free trade rights of its citizens.

Where the arbiters are in violation of the law they base their authority on, the situation in SEA has become LAWLESS, and its peace and order is severely endangered.  Some restrictions on imports from Vietnam need to be imposed until the rights of Mr. Huang are restored.

WHO ARE THE LAWLESS VIOLATORS OF UNCLOS?

THE SO-CALLED "ARBITRAL TRIBUNAL" that rented a room from the PCA, and appointed by a Japanese loyalist, plus its corruptive client who paid 21 million Euros for a decision that to begin with, had no basis of authority under the UNCLOS, whose Article 298 explicitly banned its mandatory arbitration against a country, such as China, on matters involving its sovereign territory.

Do they deserve to be rewarded with talks and sharing of China's EEZ resources?

Not at all, no way!

The commander of the Royal Kangaroo Air Farce swore he would enforce this illegal document against the legitimate territorial sovereignty of China.  As long as he sticks to the high seas and open skies, he would be perfectly safe and sound.  But if he intends to challenge the sovereignty of China in its air space, he would no longer enjoy the privilege of innocent passage, and it would be hard to say what might happen.
