Over US 7,000 "airstrikes", conducted the US and her allies, have been strangely ineffective in weakening ISIS, Al Nustra or other terror groups. In fact, if anything, they have gone from strength to strength. Is it likely that their true intention, disguised as fighting terrorism, was actually to beef up the terror groups to overthrow the legitimate government of Syria and plunge the region into quagmire so that a few would benefit?
Who has been arming and financing these terror groups?
Now Russia, considered an enemy by the US and the West has entered the arena with the support of China in a carefully calculated move, although it remains to be seen what role will China actually play in this fight against terrorism. There is talk that there are quite a number of Islamic fighters (2,000?) from China in Syria.
