nuclear missiles is old idea but still very useful and make US scare.

It looks as though there won't be quite a few Chinesee generals around even next year as another heap of them is being investigated for corruption. How is any army going to pose a realistic threat or even effectively defend its own sovereignty with this type of "top-down" graft ?
