When it is all State rights no human rights........
Socialist China defines the right to food, housing, healthcare, welfare, retirement, education, employment, safety, security, culture, family, community, etc. as basic human rights of Chinese citizens. After 30 years of economic development, China has probably lifted more people out of poverty than what the Capitalist West has achieved in the last 500 years. And the reason is quite simple: Socialist China socializes its national wealth while the Capitalist West accumulates its private wealth. In the former, Socialism benefits the people; in the latter, the Capitalists profit not the people. Indeed, the Capitalist West entered the worst crisis in its economic history during the Great Depression. That was after the Capitalist Class had amassed its greatest fortunes in world history when Capitalism peaked during the Roaring 20s.
History is repeating itself...in the 21st century.
The Capitalist West has now entered its crisis stage during which the contradiction between the political system of popular Democracy conflicts with the economic system of predatory Capitalism. In an economic system organized for the sole purpose of allowing the Capitalist Class to accumulate as much private wealth as possible, human rights, freedom and democracy turn into empty slogans akin to false advertising.
If there is one country that has achieved the Spirit of the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America, that country would be the People's Republic of China:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
