Chinese are one of the least self disciplined people on earth. Since the news that China economy was going to be the second largest, Chinese seem to be highly intoxicated. They turned mindless and wreckless! Sad to see that all they know is nothing but create self-inflicting troubles and problems, the more the merrier!

Chinese were told not to gather and form huge crowd within confined space with room for instant trouble. Yet, not only they defied but put themselves in deep pain and sorrows! Who To Blame?

There wasnt the first time the stampede happened .When you were laughing,jumping and screaming with excitement,those lives they can not make a sound because of apnea.2015 should have been a new beginning full of hope,but now who made this tragedy?

There is no celebration at the Bund at all. So why is the crowd there? Were they not informed earlier? Even so, there should be crowd control, knowing that Shanghai is a huge city.
