"RULE OF LAW" IS BASED ON THE UNIVERSAL FACT THAT LAWS ARE CREATED TO REMEDY VIOLATIONS OF LEGAL RIGHTS (OR, "THERE OUGHT'A BE A LAW!")
We have seen a massive, pervasive, continuous violation of the legal rights of the residents of Hong Kong, not just those living in Hong Kong Central or in Mong Kok although they were the most severely affected, but also the legal rights of those traveling through these areas to go to their places of work, study or their homes. The legal rights of store owners to a legitimate return on their investments based on the normal availability of customers passing by their stores were severely violated as well. Above all, the dignity of the national government, and the sovereignty of China, have been brutally violated by the Western media producers and distributors of this under handed attack on the soul of a nation, through their trashing of its child, Hong Kong, in front of the whole wide world.
When we see such a massive violation of the legal rights of law-abiding citizens in Hong Kong, and realize that the HKSAR does not have a law to remedy such violations when committed by clowns trained by foreign powers who feed them and fawn on them in their newspapers and TV shows, anybody worth his salt in jurisprudence should point out to the LegCo, the Chief Executive and the National People's Congress that THERE MUST BE A LAW AGAINST THE VIOLATION OF THE ECONOMIC AND PERSONAL RIGHTS OF MILLIONS OF HONG KONGERS, AND THE DAILY INSULTS TO EVERY CHINESE HONG KONGER'S RIGHT TO BE THE KING OF HIS OWN CASTLE, EVEN IF DONE IN THE NAME OF WESTERN DEMOCRACY, AND SUPPORTED BY WALL STREET JUNK AND NEW YORK TRASH, ETC.
China should be commended for wanting to use the RULE OF LAW in resolving the current situation.
But China needs to understand that in order to implement the RULE OF LAW, it must first have a law or a set of laws that specify the REMEDY FOR THE INDIVIDUALS, THE BUSINESSES, THE CORPORATIONS, THE LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, AND THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT WHOSE LEGAL RIGHTS WERE VIOLATED.
And, there is either NONE, or a few trivial laws that allow for pennies on the dollar remedies, as has already been seen in a few initial cases, of a few hundred Hong Kong dollars for loss of a week of income, that now has dragged to three weeks!
This is embarrassing. It tells the world that contrary to what it says about China not respecting individual rights, China does not know how to remedy violations against its people's individual and collective rights, by creating effective and practicable laws. To address the issue of the Occupy Central violation of the individual rights and collective rights of the people of Hong Kong and of China in general, the broadest conception of the harm suffered by all Hong Kongers must be first attained, and this requires a complete consideration of the relationship between the SOVEREIGNTY OF CHINA and the CITIZENSHIP OF THE VIOLATOR. To wit, the two issues are like Siamese twins, they are two sides of the same coin. The person who pays with a coin that is marked by its defacement of the sovereignty of China, cannot use the same coin to pay for his rights of citizenship, permanent residence, or even a visa of any type that is issued by China. Just writing up penalties for specific infractions will not do. They punish the individual but do not remedy the wounds sustained by the nation's sovereignty. Such sovereignty can be made whole again only with the expulsion of the scars and cuts made on its face, which are the subversives, seditionists, secessionists and traitors, instantaneously, completely, and permanently.
Once this fact is fully understood and applied, then the resolution of the individual remedies for each and every Hong Kong resident whose legal rights were violated by the foreign stooges can be achieved with much greater ease and fairness.
