The proper term would be "Corporatism"--  which is similar to what South Korea and Japan have today -- that is an economic system where the State "directs" its private-sector Corporations to serve its National Interest. China is moving into this direction by forcing its State-owned Enterprises to compete in a "managed" economy while at the same time the State "directs" its private-sector Corporations to serve the National Interest. As an example, both Alibaba and Tencent are private-sector Corporations financed by foreign investors but the Chinese State "directs" them to serve the National Interest.

I wouldn't compare German industry during Nazi times to modern South Korea or Japan. Japan and South Korea are very different and both totally different to China. I get your point about Tencent and Alibaba and Chinese government though.
