We all have some experiences which we help others or others help us. sometime it is very touched us. And we reward them in many ways.
but when you receive someone's excessive help, you feel this is a burden.
recently I have attend a team building training seminar. after we had listened the speech of professional trainer, we were divided into three groups for practical activities. of course every group had selected a person as the leader.
during the practical event, our team leader arrange our respective responsibility. in a short time, we reached the target of this activity. furthermore we merely take a half time than other groups.
in the brief summarization of the trainer. he told us the reason was leader's excessive help. excessive help would result in member's nothing to do.
sometime excessive help will stop performance of others' advantage.
