In this episode, Chandler's mother, a famous writer, came to NY to see him. All these six friends have dinner together with her. When they were in the restaurant Rachel brings his boyfriend Paul. Ross feels so bad about that. Then Chandler's mother found that Ross is not happy, so she said something nice to comfort Ross. Then they kissed, what more serious is that Joy saw that as an coincidence. After that Ross thought he did a terrible thing and he wants to apologies to Chandler, but he is too fear to tell Chandler. At last Ross get up the courage and tell Chandler what happened between himself and Chandler’s mother. Chandler was so angary about that, he does not want to hear Ross's explanation, But Ross is his best friend, after he talled with his mother seriously they became good friends again. That thing has passed, life will go on.
