There is a fair on Chinese New year holidays. My son, my wife and I went to see the fair on February 11th 2016. We came to the Shi Sheng Temple(other name Huang Si) near the Fair field for a sightseeing. There were a big crowd in the temple to pray for good luck in the year of the Monkey. We saw people burning incense to pray for good luck. Also, we saw people in a line, one by one, rolling barrel to change their bad luck to good luck in the year of the Monkey. Also, we saw people throwing coins into a censer and in this way they hope they can make a good fortune in the new year.By the end of the temple, there is a Buddha status siting on a platform and people knelt down before the status to thank Buddha for send them good luck the last year.
After we visited the temple, we came to the fair field.there are lots of people doing business on the field.Most of the goods are snacks, Candies, cookies and so on.
In a building nearby, some artist painting and handwriting to celebrate the New year. They painted monkeys, fishes, and horses and if you like their works you can pay for the drawings. It is not expensive for the ordinary people to buy them. Usually, it takes you RMB 100 Yuan to buy a piece of the painting.
All above is my fourth day of the Year of the Monkey and I had a colorful holiday.

first, I thought this temple is in QingHai or Tibet. but after serching in the internet, I found it is located in shengyang.
