Now I work for Icon Health&fitness company whose headquarter locate in Logan under the administrated by Utah. Icon is main business involving Treadmill,Elliptical, Bike and so on. My products are sold all over the world,such as North America,South America,Europea. My manuals have been translated into about 17 languages which almost cover main official languages.

My office locate in haicang district which is one industry areas of XIAMEN CITY.My daily task is involved below items:

1,Create new order to my vendor which mainly come from china mainland and get ship date from its confirmation.

2,Add MPS demand for EU PO into AS400 from EU sales minutes and reply email to EU buyers.

3,Review vendor output to check if any purchase orders to be delayed,and asked vendor to reschedule to match ship date.

4,Revies vendor production schedule and new model schedule and update latest schedule to my system for my model po.

5,Communication with vendors to check with urgent PO issues to discuss to how to fix by phone.

6,Through my forwarder to do bookings for open POs with vendor.

7,Handle any things which assigned from my supervior.
